Welcome to Dream Shirt Studios! By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Services
Dream Shirt Studios offers custom screen printing, embroidery, and direct-to-garment (DTG) printing services. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the processes and limitations of these services.
2. Order Process
- Artwork Submission
All designs must be submitted in high-resolution formats (e.g., PNG, PDF, AI, or EPS). We reserve the right to request adjustments to meet quality or production requirements. - Approval Process
A digital proof will be provided for your approval before production begins. Approval confirms you accept the artwork, layout, and design specifications. Once approved, no further changes can be made. - Order Minimums
Minimum quantities apply for screen printing and embroidery. Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing does not require minimum orders.
3. Turnaround Times
Our standard turnaround time is 7–14 business days from the date of proof approval and full payment. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee and must be confirmed prior to placing your order. Delays due to customer response time, incomplete artwork, or unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of Dream Shirt Studios.
4. Payments
- Full payment is required upfront before production begins.
- Accepted payment methods include Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, Apple Cash, or a QuickBooks invoice (payable by card).
5. Shipping and Pickup
- Orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS, or may be picked up at our location.
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
- Dream Shirt Studios is not liable for delays or damages caused during shipping.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
- Orders can be canceled prior to production; however, any expenses incurred (e.g., artwork preparation, materials) will be deducted from the refund.
- Custom orders are non-refundable after production begins.
- Claims for defective items must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving your order.
7. Customer-Supplied Items
If you choose to provide your own garments for printing or embroidery:
- We are not responsible for damages, defects, or outcomes that may occur during production.
- Refunds will not include the cost of the supplied blanks.
- A test print may be required at an additional cost.
8. Intellectual Property
- Customers must ensure they have the rights to use any logos, designs, or images submitted for production. Dream Shirt Studios will not be held responsible for copyright infringement claims.
- We reserve the right to display completed orders in our portfolio or marketing materials unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.
9. Limitation of Liability
Dream Shirt Studios is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including delays or product imperfections outside of our control.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Dream Shirt Studios reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting.
